Santa Trinita (English: Holy Trinity) was a church in the San Giovanni District of Florence. It was built between 1250 and 1258 C.E. and was located near the Palazzo Auditore.

Constructed over an existing church in 1258, Santa Trinita was known for its Sassetti chapel, which was decorated with the frescos of the life of Saint Francis by Domenico Ghirlandaio, a painter most famous for his brief role as one of Michelangelo's teachers.
