Bartolomeo's Axe is an unlockable Heavy Weapon in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. It is one of the strongest weapons in the game, and requires the Heavy Sheath to bring it along with you.
Bartolomeo's Axe is given to all who have completed all the Mercenary challenges in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. It is found in Ezio's Hideout on Tiber Island after unlocking the item. It looks similar (if not the same) to the Labrys wielded by Brutes in Assassin's Creed II.
