Bartolomeo's Axe is an unlockable Heavy Weapon in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. It is one of the strongest weapons in the game, and requires the Heavy Sheath to bring it along with you.
To unlock Bartolomeo’s Axe, the player needs to get each of the three guilds to level three. Once you do, it will be available in Ezio’s Hideout on Tiber Island.
