Believe me dude. In my country and certain other south asian countries beggars usually suffer. Actually death would be the best thing for them since most of them aren't able to ever get a job/life again. Their children however are different. Some of the most influential people began lives as poor rural folk. One of the politicians in my country went ahead and did it! He gathered a bunch of beggars and drove them to a remote area and had the forces shoot them! It was a shocker for most but for me it was a relief. I hate seeing people suffer.
