Barber

The Barber, as he appears in the Brotherhood multiplayer.

"There's nothing like a nice day at work for the Barber: Whistle a catchy tune, place yourself behind your client, adjust his chair to the perfect height, gently pass your hand under his chin, pull back his head, slowly take out your Razor and slit his throat."

The Barber (real name: Baltasar de Silva) was an Animi Avatar used by Abstergo Industries to train recruits in the Animi Training Program. He used a sharp razor as his primary weapon.

Unique Moves

The Barber had several unique moves:

(Low Profile, Back)

The Barber approaches his target from behind and forces them onto their knees with one of his hands on their shoulder. He then holds their chin upwards, exposing the neck, before taking out his razor and slicing his target's throat. His victim then falls forward to the ground, dying of blood loss from their neck.

(Low Profile, Front)

As the Barber walks towards his target, he swiftly pulls out his razor and slashes them across their neck twice, before bringing his razor back and cutting open his victim's jugular, leading them to choke on their own blood.

(High Profile, Back)

The Barber slides along the floor from behind his target, slicing the crevice behind their knee in the process and making his way to the front of them. He then twists around and delivers a lethal slash with his razor to his victim's neck, sending them spinning as they try to stem the bleeding. It is too late however, and his target collapses to the floor, dead.

(High Profile, Front)

The Barber rushes towards his target, drawing his razor from its sheath, before slashing their torso violently. Afterwards, he brings his razor back and slices upward into his victim's throat, while they are too shocked to move, sending them spinning to the floor in the process.

(Bench Kill)

The Barber walks up to his seated target and grabs them by their head, before lifting them slightly off the bench. While his victim is standing with their knees bent, the Barber takes out his razor and slashes them forcefully across their neck, sending them falling to the ground with the momentum after he releases his grip.

(Aerial Kill)

The Barber leaps from a rooftop and lands on top of his target, before grabbing his victim's head and slashing them across their neck. Afterwards, he folds his razor away as he stands up, leaving his victim on the floor to die from blood loss.

Customization

The Barber, like the other Animi Avatars had several options for cutomization:

Colors:

• Basic: Green Vest
• Extra 1: Red Vest
• Extra 2: Black Vest
• Extra 3: Gold Vest

Gear:

• Advanced: Dual leather vambraces.
• Superior: Second dark layer of clothing under colored vest, darker and designed leggings, 2 added stripes on white cloth hanging from belt, added buckles to the back of boots, added a golden trim to vambraces, boots, vest, and belt.
• Elite: Added left leather spaulder with pouches attached to a golden trimmed strap.

Trivia

• The Barber bears a certain resemblance to Johnny Depp's portrayal of Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. They both kill people with straight razors, and have black hair with streaks of white in them.
• He also bears a striking resemblance to Gangs of New York's Bill "The Butcher" Cutting.
• He is always the target the player must kill in the Introductory Session in multiplayer, therefore he is the only character you can't play as in the session.
