Off topic question but i have always wondered if Al Mualim was an ancsestor of Warren Viddic now i know that sounds stupid but they are represented to be very similar in the first game.(SPOILERS) they were both templars, they both lived for the same reason, they did things very similiar and they shared the same interests. Maybe Warren put Desmond in the animus so he could learn more about what Al Mualim achieved... or maybe i'm just sick of waiting.
