The second edition is available from the ubiworkshop website and the original blog on the topic (written by Master Sima Yi) can be read here. Also, make sure it is a second edition one you get and my advice is to wait a while until there is a bargain available or else iyou can get it with the ubiworkshop pre-order edition.
