Yeah France would also be very interesting and would be fun to explore, especially Paris. The question is what time period. During the revolution would be the obvious one. I'm also surprised no one has mentioned the Napoleonic wars. It would truly be interesting, and you could go to many major cities in the time period like Paris, Vienna, Moscow, Rome and maybe London. The Frontier could be different areas of countryside and Waterloo could be a special Frontier which can only be accessed once (or unless you replay the memory) Also I think the main thing about a world war 2 setting is not the sensitivity but the difficulty of it, making sure it doesn't turn into a call of duty type of game. But I still have my high for Alexei Romanov being an assassin (before you ask, yes, I am a Romanov)
