Again, any ''AC'' medium that states Clay and Desmond are Adam's descendant makes it a point to not refer to Eve as their ancestor. This was most blatant in the official game guide for ''Revelations''.
If memory serves me right, it explained that Adam and Eve were 'created' as hybrid members of both the First Civilization and humanity as a means to restore First Civilization DNA by conjoining the DNA of Adam's descendant and Eve's descendant. It explicitly referred to Desmond as Adam's descendant. Guess that plotline didn't go anywhere.

Again, any AC medium that states Clay and Desmond are Adam's descendant makes it a point to not refer to Eve as their ancestor. This was most blatant in the official game guide for Revelations.
