Since we keep deciding on these small article rules but not documenting them, I've decided to document them in this policy list here. It's highly likely that I missed some 'set' rules and that I'll update them later, or someone else can add to this.

|Follow the following guidelines when creating and writing articles.}}
Mostly as per community vote, the '''Assassin's Creed Wiki''' has various rules and guidelines about writing and article names. These are addressed in the following list:

#Image descriptions, when not in a clause, must not be finished with a period.
#Article names for landmarks must be written in English, not in their original names or the names given by database entries, to maintain consistency.
#Additionally, native translations must be featured at the start of the introduction in brackets.
#Categories must maintain a certain structure, addressed (mostly) by relevancy. See the following example:
##''Featured Articles, 1459 births, 1524 deaths, Individuals, Italians, Couriers, Farmers, Auditore family, Assassins, Master Assassins, Mentors, Individuals with Eagle Vision, Individuals who held Pieces of Eden, Ancestors of Desmond Miles, Ancestors of Clay Kaczmarek''
#Images, when not featured in a gallery, must always be in thumbnails.
