Which is fair enough, since he is widely considered the founder of the Byzantine Empire. Besides, if this Assassin was from that time period, surely his clothing and weaponry would still look broadly Roman, and not so heavily Middle Eastern? Looks more like later Byzantine (1056 - 1453) to me. I don't think we have enough to go on to conclude that this Assassin lived during the reign of Constantine I, the Twitter post just says that the name was a reference to Constantine I's militant Christianity. Which is fair enough, since he is widely considered the founder of the Byzantine Empire. Besides, if this Assassin was from that time period, surely his clothing and weaponry would still look broadly Roman, and not so heavily Middle Eastern?
