Uthir was a dwarven drinking champion who lived in Svaladal, Svartálfaheimr.

Uthir and other fellow dwarves fled the Muspel invasion and found refuge at the Jordeygr Shelter. At some point, he met the Æsir lord Havi, who was searching for Baldr to save him. He challenged Havi to a drinking match but ultimately lost to him.[1]
