Arsinoe II (c. 316 BCE – c. 270–260 BCE), also known as Arsinoe Philadelphos, was the sister and second wife of Ptolemy II Philadelphus, the 2nd pharaoh of Ptolemaic Egypt.
The Arsinoe Nome in Sinai, Egypt was named after her.[1]
