The grandmother of Simon Hathaway was a Templar who worked in Winston Churchill's war office. Both her child and her grandchild would also become Templars. In October 2016,[1] after Simon Hathaway learned that his ancestor Gabriel Laxart may have been an Assassin he was shocked, noting that his family's allegiance to the Templars went back directly to his grandmother, and even others preceding her.[2]
