The Sanctuary of Achilles was a sanctuary in the Pass of the Warriors in Lakonia, Greece. It could be found in the northeastern tip of the region, near the border with the Valley of the Two Kings. Dedicated to Achilles, a Greek Warrior renowned for his participation in the Trojan War, it was occupied by a small military force.
During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place.[1]
