After successfully solving the four puzzles activated by switches on the Basilica's floor, the floor mosaic came to form the Assassin's insignia. The insignia then lowered down into the floor revealing a secret room that contained the tomb of the Egyptian Assassin [[Amunet]].

San Marco's Secret was a virtual representation of one of Ezio Auditore da Firenze's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.

Ezio explored the Basilica di San Marco in search of the Assassin Tomb of the Egyptian Assassin Amunet.

Outcome[edit | edit source]

Ezio retrieved one of the six Assassin seals needed to unlock the Armor of Altaïr in the Sanctuary located underneath the Villa Auditore in Monteriggioni.
