Eustace (Latin: Eustachius or Eustathius; died 118) is a revered Christian martyr. Formerly a Roman general, Eustace converted to Christianity and was later executed.

In 1303,[1] in Paris, a parish church dedicated to Saint Agnes was later renamed after him. Which was later demolished completely in 1532 to make way for a bigger church dedicated to him.[2]
