Jacob's Island was an area in London, United Kingdom, during the Victorian era.

The area was said to smell like a graveyard, as well as being plagued by illnesses and diseases. Because of this, Jacob's Island soon became a location associated with villainous individuals, crime, and radical activities. This reputation was only strengthened when Octavia Plumb and the Blighters moved into the area, using it as one of their two Southwark strongholds.

In 1868, Jacob and Evie Frye arrived in London to take the city from the Templars. Acting on the information provided by Henry Green, they liberated Jacob's Island from the Blighters and turned it into a stronghold for the Rooks.
