Gentile Virginio Orsini (c. 1434 – 8 January 1497) was an Italian condottiero and nobleman during the Renaissance, head of the Orsini family during their feud with Pope Alexander VI.

Orsini held various posts and fiefs, all of which were eventually confiscated after he was disgraced for scheming against the Pope as well as betraying his liege, the Aragonese King of Naples Ferdinand II, in favor of Charles VIII of France.

In 2012, he was included in a mnemonic set in Abstergo Industries' Project Legacy.
