Evraniki was a member of the Ottoman Brotherhood of Assassins during the early 16th century, fighting under its leaders Yusuf Tazim and later Dogan.

In mid-1512, she was present at Yusuf Tazim's burial site when Ezio Auditore da Firenze, Mentor of the Italian Assassins, promoted Dogan to the position of leader. She remarked that it would be an honor to fight under the leadership of Dogan.
