Elga was a dwarven blacksmith who lived in Gullnámar, Svartálfaheimr.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Elga always wanted to be a blacksmith, but her fellow male counterparts never gave her any consideration and showed no respect for her work. When the Muspels invaded their realm, she and other dwarves fled to Grenhellir Shelter, where she took position as its blacksmith. At one point, she met the Æsir lord Havi, who was on a mission to find his son Baldr.[1]
