Charles VI (1 October 1685 – 20 October 1740), born Karl Franz Joseph Wenceslaus Balthasar Johann Anton Ignatius von Habsburg, was Holy Roman Emperor from 1711 to his death. He also ruled as King Charles II of Bohemia, King Charles III of Hungary and Croatia, and King Charles I of Serbia during this period.

Evidence suggests that his death was caused by eating death cap mushrooms. In 2012, he was included in a mnemonic set in Abstergo Industries' Project Legacy.[1]
