Alright then, I like your post, first off. But then do try your best to explain to me how Ezio (believing Cesare's words that he would return) used the Apple in 1503 to witness Cesare break out of prison in 1507 to help Juan Navarre? After witnessing this, Ezio rushes out and the game skips to 1507 with Ezio arriving during the Siege of Viana. And yet, well before that in Altair's time, Altair uses the Apple to see bits of the future (refer to his Codex, not sure which pages). Now I do understand what you're saying about the Dream/Inception theories, but please, do your best to explain to me how Altair/Ezio/Desmond can't see the future, because it's shown that they have. :P
