Simple first you put these "[ ]" then paste the link in between them. click space at the end of the link and type the word or sentence you want, for example Here
If you didn't understand my lame sentence then here's another one.
1.Paste the link
2.Now click space
3.Now type the sentence or word you want
4.put [ and ] to either side of the of the entire thing you just wrote and voila!
