Fine those are good points but neither Ezio nor experienced Altair wanted to kill someone unless it was necessary, however, the Templars were different, they killed for petty reasons and hold no regard for friends and allies since even the best supporters are murdered once they become a nuisance. Besides doesn't AC story revolve around- Templars who do bad things must be annihilated and assassins must keep the world from falling into Chaos. True that Templars want peace but they want to achieve it through global domination whileas the TRUE assassins only want to prevent war and pointless bloodshed.
