As for userboxes, you can find a list of them [[Userbox/gallery|here]]. Add, <nowiki>{{Userboxtop}}</nowiki> then the userbox codes and when you have all the boxes you require, add<nowiki>{{Userboxbottom}}</nowiki>. That edit wasn't of Wikipedia standards. However I do realise the commas issues. One of our user has that issue. But a minor formatting of the opening para should solve that.
