Poole is the waiter of Tempest in a Teapot, one of the restaurants inside Abstergo Industries in London. He is an acquaintance of the Templar Inner Sanctum member Simon Hathaway since the latter was a regular.
Sometime in 2016, Poole also served Dr. Victoria Bibeau while she was meeting with Hathaway. [citation needed]
