Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
The Long Sword, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Unity, needed to be unlocked by connecting with the Assassin's Creed: Unity companion app. However, on 18 February 2015, Ubisoft released Patch 5 which removed the need to connect to the companion app and Assassin's Creed: Initiates.[2]
