Articles should be written from an in-universe PoV[edit source]

Hello Deliora, I just wanted to inform you that I deleted the article that you just created, [Raw Meat]. It is nothing personal, but it actually goes against the policies we have at this wiki. Among these is that firstly, articles must be sourced. I am assuming that Assassin's Creed: Odyssey is the source, but I cannot verify this at the moment. Another crucial policy is that articles should be written from an in-universe perspective unless it is exclusively an out-of-universe subject. What this means is that you shouldn't write about these things such as Trade Goods or raw meat in gameplay terms but as though they are real things because you should be pretending that you are in the Assassin's Creed world itself. For more information, please refer to our Manual of Style.

I haven't deleted Obsidian Eye because I'm sure that the latter definitely deserves an article because it's a quest item, but it needs to be rewritten from the perspective of the characters in the game, not like a gameplay item from players.

Anyways, I just want to let you know that you're not in trouble. We get new editors all the time who aren't immediately familiar with our rules, and that is perfectly fine, and that's why I'm letting you know. :) Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 00:39, November 21, 2018 (UTC)
