The '''Upper Harbor''' in [[Harbiyah]] district of [[Baghdad]] was located northeast in the [[Khuld]] subdistrict.

==History==
In the 860s, the [[Hidden One]] [[Basim Ibn Ishaq]] travelled to the harbor to locate [[Beshi]], [[Ali ibn Muhammad]]'s second-in-command within the [[Zanj Rebellion|Zanj rebels]] that [[Nur]] had contact with. Contrary to what Basim expected, Beshi had no clue of Ali's whereabouts and was preparing to rescue the rebels who were captured at the harbor by the [[Abbasid Caliphate|Caliphate]] guards. Basim helped Beshi to free the rebels, who then revealed Ali was captured alongside them but was separated from the group to be sent to another site. One of the rebels showed Basim the mark drawn on Ali's arms before Beshi led his men to regroup at the [[Water Mill]] outside the city.<ref name="Contact the Rebels">''[[Assassin's Creed: Mirage]]'' – [[Contact the Rebels]]</ref>

Sometime after this event, Basim returned to the Upper Harbor to perform a contract on behalf Ali.
