The '''Swords of Fal''' (Scottish Gaelic: ''Claidheamh Fal'') are a pair of [[sword]]s made by the [[Isu]] and thought to be meant to be wielded only by the [[Children of Fal]]. The swords are said to be incredibly light, with gleaming blades marked by a deep gutter that hinted that the core metal was different from the surface metal. The edge of the blade was thinner than parchment. The swords' grips were covered with dark straps, the guards were decorated with ornate Celtic interlacing and the pommels held the engraving of the [[Assassin insignia]].<ref name = "Chapter 20"/>

The Brotherhood gave the swords to [[Fillan]] once he arrived at [[Scone]] in 1296, mentioning the other one was meant for [[Ailéas]].<ref name = "Chapter 20"/> At [[Ben Alder]], where Fillan was training under [[Sören]], Ailéas' sword was kept in his room.<ref name = "Chapter 26">''Assassin's Creed: Fragments – The Highlands Children'' – Chapter 26: ''Destinées''</ref> Later on, Fillan was tasked with eliminating [[Bradley Dacre]] and he did so using his Sword of Fal.<ref name = "Chapter 29">''Assassin's Creed: Fragments – The Highlands Children'' – Chapter 29: ''Embrasement''</ref> After the twins found eachother, Fillan gave Ailéas her sword, with [[Deorsa]]'s approval. At [[Iona]], the twins confronted [[Cornavii]], who used the power of the [[Stone of Scone]] against them, incapacitating them with painful visions.<ref name = "Chapter 35">''Assassin's Creed: Fragments – The Highlands Children'' – Chapter 35: ''Tonnerre''</ref> Fillan was able to break through the illusions and attacked Cornavii, drawing his attention and allowing Ailéas and [[Moira]] to recover, with Ailéas joining in the fight against the Templar, who kept using the Stone during the fight.
