==History==
In 1725, the Special Cavalry Unit was deployed to the [[Philippines]] alongside the [[Rattan Shield Company]], in order to aid [[Fuma Sukuna]] and his [[Shimazu clan]] [[ninja]] in pursuing the members of the [[Zhawang Corporation|Zhang Wei Union]]. After the Company and the ninja were ambushed by the Union on an island near the [[Sultanate of Sulu]], the Company's captain ordered the cavalry to chase after and eliminate the fleeing Union members before they reached their [[ship]], the ''[[Fenghuang]]''.<ref name="EP 85">''[[Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple]]'' – [[Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple Episode 85|Episode 85]]</ref>
