==Biography==
In 38 BCE, Siamun was approached by the [[Hidden One]] [[Bayek]] of [[Siwa]], who had travelled from {{Wiki|Lower Egypt}} in search of an [[Akhenaten's Apple of Eden|artifact]] responsible for a "[[Curse of the Pharaohs|curse]]" that was plaguing Thebes. When Bayek asked Siamun for information, the merchant brought him to an empty quarter, intending to rob the Hidden One of his belongings. Bayek interrogated Siamun, who was forced to reveal that a fellow by the name of [[Irsu]] had stolen an artifact from the [[Tomb of Nefertiti|tomb]] of Queen [[Nefertiti]] and would be selling the artifact at an auction. He directed the Bayek who [[Tahemet]], a historian and gambler who had an invitation to the auction, pleading with him to let him go, which he later did.<ref name="No Honor Amongst Thebes" />
