'''Romulf''' was an [[Anglo-Saxon]] bishop who served as advisor to King [[Edmund the Martyr|Edmund]] of [[East Anglia]] during the mid-9th century.

By 864, rumours had reached had reached King Edmund of the [[ealdorman]] [[Lerion]]'s plot to usurp King [[Burgred of Mercia|Burgred]] as King of [[Mercia]].
