'''Rob''' (born c. 1959) is a homeless resident of {{Wiki|Holland Park}}, [[London]]. He is often found feeding the [[Fish|koi carp]] in the nearby pond, night and day.

In 2016, Rob was an eyewitness at the massacre at the [[Omovich mansion]], having been attracted to the house by the sounds of gunshots and alarms. When he approached the villa he saw a [[Vampire|monster]] emerge from it, managing to catch it on video on his phone. He called the police and had his phone taken away for evidence.
