In the 870s, the [[Vikings|Viking]] [[shieldmaiden]] [[Eivor Varinsdottir]] came across two young sisters, [[Rilda]] and [[Runa (Eurviscire)|Runa]], who was crying over their missing father and the treasure in the water. Eivor helped the girls and dove into the waters, only to find the trinket and their father drowned.
