'''Hreidmar's Gauntlets''' were a pair of [[gauntlet]]s forged forged for [[Hreiðmarr]], the [[Dwarf|dwarven]] king of [[Svartálfaheimr]]. Cursed by the king's dying words, the gauntlets slowly drained the wearer's lifeforce, unless a Mótsognir's Clarity rune was set into it.

In [[Eivor Varinsdottir]]'s visions of [[Odin]]'s travels throughout Svartálfaheimr, the All-Father collected these gauntlets from [[Hodda Shelter]], along with the other pieces of this [[Hreidmar's Armor Set|armor set]].
