Major '''Gallagher''' was a major in the [[British Army]] and a member of the [[British Brotherhood of Assassins]] during [[World War II]]. He is an ancestor to [[Philip J. Gallagher]], a 21st century veterinarian and a member of the [[Descendants]], a group of [[Assassins]] in 2016.

In 1942, Gallagher was sent to [[France]] alongside [[The Ambassador]] to recover [[Templar]] intel in a private party held at the {{Wiki|Folies Bergère}} in [[Paris]], [[France]]. The event , organized by [[German Rite of the Templar Order|German Templar]] [[Wilhelm Schmidt]], contained secret intel regarding the high-ranking Templar [[Heinz Müller]]'s activities in the region.
