'''Fukuchiyama''' is a city in the northern {{Wiki|Kyoto Prefecture}} of [[Japan]]. During the [[Sengoku period]], it was part of the province of Tanba.

In the 1580s, the [[samurai]] [[Yasuke]] travelled to Fukuchiyama to locate and eliminate a corrupted samurai by the name of [[Fujioka Jiro]], who had been harassing the locals on behalf of his lord [[Hayashi]].
