==History==
In the 870s, the [[Vikings|Viking]] [[shieldmaiden]] [[Eivor Varinsdottir]] of the [[Raven]] [[Raven Clan|Clan]] came across Edmund's Hope and entered inside the nearly demolished church. Within the altar room, Eivor caught sight of a [[Scholar|nun]] praying to her [[Christianity|Lord]] while surrounded by dead [[Norse people|Norsemen]]. Confronting Eivor, the nun, [[Aelfwyn]], demanded Eivor to leave or face her wrath. Eivor asked about the dead bodies but Aelfwyn was dictated by God to strike them down as well as Eivor.
