While I understand why St Cheytac made the page, Lacrosse, Gener4l Cl4ank4, and I all seem(?) to be skeptical about how notable of a landmark it is. Unlike minor places in Valhalla and Mirage that are named through in-game pop-up text despite admittedly being notable only because [player character] loots them, this landmark's name is only in the game guide, and the sole reason it's there is because the ruins are where Altaïr found some flags and killed a nearby Templar who, for some reason, was stationed there all alone without anything to actually do. As the ruins don't have an immediately obvious real-life equivalent, I feel this place is just for world-building and the page details can be merged into Kingdom. – Darman (talk) 03:20, 29 May 2025 (UTC)

I feel like in the context of AC1, the ruins are significant to some degree, in that they stand out from all the other settlements and military camps that dot the Kingdom. Despite not playing the game for years, I certainly think they're the most memorable structures in the game's overworld for their uniqueness. Sure, they don't stand out in the broader AC franchise, and the current article title is fairly generic, but they do seem more important when considering the first game alone. --Bluerock (talk) 08:33, 31 May 2025 (UTC)
I will say with the fact that the ruins are singled out in the game guide I am more at ease with this page existing. However, contrasting Bluerock, I don't think this landmark is anymore important than any other in the game which also feature in the game guide. As such should those be given articles as well? Either way I will be adding a list of the regions and landmarks to the Kingdom page. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 05:56, 7 June 2025 (UTC)
