Deletion proposal

As Darman noted in his edit summary, this article is entirely unnecessary because the Ministry of Police doesn't feature prominently enough to merit its own separate article. I have created this page because it is good to know what is the origin of the police units, and of course with a precursor of the police before Scotland Yard. Although it is not a very important topic, it gives vitality to the readers. And may the unwise learn to understand the origins of this force that has been protecting us for a long time.
