Templar Admiral (1735)
|
I wanted to ask you something. Which is... what's your name? This article title is conjecture. Although the article subject is canon, no official name for it has been given. |
An unidentified Templar Admiral (died 1735) was a member of the French Navy and the Templar Order, tasked with the transport of a parcel containing a Precursor box to Bastienne Josèphe in Port-au-Prince.
Biography[edit | edit source]
While en route to Port-au-Prince, his fleet was attacked by the Victoire, the brig of the Assassin Adéwalé. After sinking the escort ships, Adéwalé disabled the admiral's galleon and boarded it. The admiral ordered his men to be on their guard, but they were all killed by Adéwalé, who then engaged him in a duel. Ultimately, the Assassin killed the admiral and retrieved his package.[1]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
The unnamed Templar Admiral is a minor character in Freedom Cry, the downloadable expansion for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. While the events described above will play out if Adéwalé boards the admiral's ship, it is possible to skip the fight entirely by sinking the ship instead, which will kill the crew and force Adéwalé to recover the parcel from the wreck.
