The Anabasis Alexandri is an historical account written by Arrian. During the early 16th century, the Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze bought a copy of this book from a book shop in Constantinople.

Summary

One of the only complete accounts of the military campaigns of Alexander the Great, "The Campaigns of Alexander" is actually a compilation made up of earlier sources, all of them now lost to the dustbin of history.
