A Jeweled Brooch

Jeweled brooches were items in New Orleans.

During her career as an Assassin, Aveline de Grandpré would charm men to receive the jeweled brooches.

Collecting all of the jeweled brooches granted you the Charming Dress lady persona outfit. The outfit could be bought for free in any shop after unlocking.
