CtOS

The CTOS (Central Operating System) is a computer software package developed by the Blume Corporation that can successfully maintain full control of a city's entire information, security, and logistical networks and run them efficiently; the CTOS also maintains the criminal records and any personal data of every citizen in the city in which it is operating.

In late 2013, the Blume Corporation sent a corporate sales email to Abstergo Entertainment's CCO, Olivier Garneau, advertising CTOS, and offering the possibility of having a localized system installed at Abstergo Entertainment's Montreal facility.

Trivia

• The Blume Corporation, and CTOS, form the basis of another Ubisoft IP – Watch Dogs – which was released on 27 May 2014.
• In Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, after delivering data to Rebecca for the first time, if one goes to the end of the first floor, one can overhear an employee talking about potentially moving to go work for Blume Corporation in America.
