Brudd was a dwarf who was the shelter chief of Jordber Shelter in Gullnámar, Svartálfaheimr.

Biography

Brudd was one of many dwarves that fled to Jordber Shelter and at some point, he became its shelter chief. While his station there, he welcomed dwarven spies Halstein and Sigrun, who brought along their newfound ally, the Æsir lord Havi. Within his shelter, he showed Havi to Grungir about upgrading his Hugr-Rip. Later, Brudd showed him out and pleaded him to fight the Muspels. While Havi made no promise to help, he stated he will seek out the other shelters for their aid, which satisfied Brudd enough.[1]
