Anika Mercier is a French-German artist also working as a character concept artist at Ubisoft Bordeaux. She was responsible for the cover of Maria Lewis's Assassin's Creed: Mirage – Daughter of No One novel, as well as producing pieces for Assassin's Creed: Mirage, Assassin's Creed: Shadows, and Shadows' downloadable expansions Featured Events and Claws of Awaji.
