Odai Dunqas was a cousin of the first Sultan of the Sennar Sultanate, and a member of the Templar Order.

His genetic memories were later used by Abstergo Industries for the training of the Animus recruits, under the title of the Guardian.

Biography

In 1505, Odai was driven from his homeland under unknown circumstances, and became estranged from his family. He relocated to Alexandria, where he first encountered the Templar philosophy. He embraced the ideology, and called himself the Guardian of the Truth from then on.

Later he was briefly seen by Ezio Auditore and a Apprentice bribing a merchant. after giving the merchant the templar "farewell" he left.Later he was tracked down by the 2 Assassin's and, angry at the rich man who they had followed, stabbing the richman. He tried to escape. This failed as one of his guards was killed by Ezio, and he was killed by the Apprentice.
