Windermere

The Windermere was a large British warship that sailed around the Bahamas during the 1770s. It carried a mysterious shipment that caught the interest of the Templar Order.

History

In 1773, the Assassins Ratonhnhaké:ton and Robert Faulkner used their flagship, the Aquila, to track and destroy the Windermere and her fleet.

Behind the scenes

The Windermere is ostensibly named after Windermere Island in the Bahamas, which in turn is named after Windermere, the largest lake in England.
